Consultation with a Doctor goes through the following four stages:
Registration: choose a doctor on the registration menu.
Click the consultation list button, you will be directed to the doctor's profile page.
Click the register consultation button.
Making payment: click check registration status.
Click pay.
Select a payment method.
Upload proof of payment.
Waiting for payment to be validated.
Filling out the assessment: click the contents of the assessment.
Select a related assessment.
Fill in the assessment questionnaire questions.
Click the submit button.
After all stages are completed, the schedule for consultation with the doctor will appear in the Teleconsultation Schedule menu and the doctor concerned will make a call.

Yes, an explanation of the diagnosis can be requested via video conference or via chat during the consultation.
The doctor can call again as long as the consultation has not been completed.
